1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Sahyadri Code Works website and any services you engage us for. "We", "our" and "us" refers to Sahyadri Code Works. "You" refers to the client, visitor or business engaging with us.

By using this website or engaging our services, you accept these terms in full.

2. Our Services

Sahyadri Code Works provides website development, web application development, custom CRM development, invoice and challan automation, social media management, bug hunting and QA, and AI-powered tool development.

The scope, timeline and cost of each engagement is agreed upon in writing before work begins. Any changes to scope must be approved by both parties in writing.

3. Project Agreements and Payments

Proposals and Quotes

All quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issue. Quotes are based on information provided at that time and may be revised if scope changes.

Payment Terms

• A deposit of 30 to 50% is required before work begins
• Milestone payments may be required for larger projects
• Final payment is due before the final deliverable is handed over
• All invoices are due within 7 days unless otherwise agreed in writing

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide necessary content, assets and access in a timely manner, review and give feedback within agreed timeframes, ensure all provided materials do not infringe on third-party rights, and designate a primary point of contact for the project. Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines. We are not liable for such delays.

5. Intellectual Property

Client content

You retain ownership of all content, logos, images and materials you provide. You grant us a licence to use these solely for completing your project.

Deliverables

Once full payment is received, ownership of custom-developed code and design assets transfers to you.

Our tools and frameworks

Third-party libraries and frameworks used in your project remain subject to their own licences. We retain the right to reuse general code patterns and techniques not specific to your project.

Portfolio use

We reserve the right to display your project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing before the project begins.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all project information and business details you share with us as confidential. We will not share your information with third parties except where required to complete the work. If you require a formal NDA, please request one before the project begins.

7. Revisions and Changes

Our quotes include a reasonable number of revision rounds as agreed at the project start. Changes outside the original scope will be quoted separately and require written approval before implementation.

8. Warranties and Liability

We will fix any bugs or errors resulting from our own development for 30 days after project delivery at no cost.

9. Cancellation

Either party may cancel a project with written notice. Work completed up to the point of cancellation will be invoiced and is payable. Deposits are non-refundable if work has commenced. Partially completed work will be delivered upon receipt of payment for work done.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Maharashtra, India.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services after any changes means you accept the updated terms.
